The RecruitMax Chrome extension uses information from your RecruitMax athlete profile to help fill college athletic recruiting questionnaires in response to actions you take on the RecruitMax website.

The extension only uses information you have provided to RecruitMax.

If you choose to sign in using Google, RecruitMax receives limited information from your Google account, such as your email address and basic profile name. This information is:used solely to authenticate you and associate your account with RecruitMax. RecruitMax does not receive or store your Google password and does not access any other Google account data.

How Information Is Used

Information is used solely to:

• Fill questionnaire fields using information you have provided to your RecruitMax athlete profile.

• Support the functionality you request.

The extension does not run automatically and does not collect information in the background.

The extension may observe limited network request metadata (such as submission status) to confirm when a recruiting questionnaire has been successfully submitted.

Information Storage

Information used by the extension is associated with your RecruitMax account and athlete profile, and is handled in accordance with RecruitMax's main privacy practices.

The extension may use authentication information (such as cookies associated with RecruitMax services) to securely associate extension actions with your RecruitMax account.

The extension does not sell user data or share it with third parties except as described in this policy.

You control when the RecruitMax Chrome extension runs by choosing when to submit information from your RecruitMax athlete profile to recruiting questionnaires.
